I am from Bangalore born in the year 1982. The Garden City / Silicon Valley of India has been my home for almost 25 years. It is here where I schooled for 18 years. I received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University in 2004. For the next 3 years I worked with IT services biggies Accenture and IBM doing projects for many fortune 500 companies.
I landed in Santa Clara University, California in 2007 to pursue a MS degree in Software Engineering Management. The back to academics experience helped me in a great way to put everything what I had done during the initial 3 years into perspective. The 2 year degree and a job all through made me an IT professional well equipped with all the necessary skills. I believe that with the kind of access to information and services we have on the web today, any problem can be solved and any requirement can be fulfilled.
My primary skill is Enterprise Application Integration using webMethods product suite. I am well versed to work with web technologies, object oriented programming using java and databases. The very thought of being a part of the success of an enterprise as a member of the IT workforce excites me. I follow the continuous improvement model in the areas of learning and self management.
I am interested in travel, photography - travel & candid, fitness, movies, multimedia, internet. I like to see new places and capture my perspective with the camera. Over the last few years I am chronicling my various simple experiences of life. Update !!
I moved back to the Bangalore after close to 3 wonderful years in the USA. Onboarded to Cognizant within 72 hour of landing and its been a glorious all round journey being back in Bengalooru.
